Cookie Fruit Dip
Serve with assorted fruit cut in spears, chunks or slices, or ice cream wafers.
1 cup sour cream
2 tbsp. liquid honey
3 coconut (or oatmeal) cookies, crushed into crumbs
Stir sour cream and honey together well. Add cookie crumbs. Stir. Chill several hours in refrigerator. Makes 1-1/4 cups dip.
